Petri Jokinen

Petri Jokinen works as a Real Estate Advisor at SFR Advisors. He has nearly 30 years of experience in asset management and has held positions such as private banker and institutional sales professional. In addition, he has led private banking and family office operations.

Over the past 15 years, Petri has focused on real estate investing. In 2012, he co-founded the real estate fund business at FIM (now S-Bank). He served as a founding partner, CEO, and portfolio manager of the management company FIM Kiinteistö Oy until 2021. Today, through his own company, Petri works with alternative investments in roles as an investor, developer, and advisor.

Petri holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Helsinki School of Economics. In his free time, he takes care of an old house in Somero, enjoys golfing and motorcycling, and loves cooking, fine wines, and spending time with his grandson.
